Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Our standard shipping methods currently serve most global destinations except certain Asian regions and remote areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees which are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to product nature, the following cannot be returned:

  • Adhesives and Lubricants (opened containers)
  • Custom-cut or fabricated materials
  • Flashing products that have been installed or modified
  • Gutter Cleaners (opened containers)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our returns team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package items securely with all original materials and ship to the address provided.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Replacement items ship once we receive and approve your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products:
